The San Diego Museum of Art is San Diego county's largest art museum. Its permanent collection includes Italian Renaissance and Spanish Old Masters, American art, 19th-century European paintings, 20th-century paintings and sculpture, and the Frederick R. Weisman Gallery for California Art. The Asian art collection includes a world-renowned collection of Indian paintings.
