experience with seating nestled among fine sculptures by Rodin, Miró, Calder, David Smith, and
Henry Moore.
First opened at SDMA in summer 2003, the Café is operated by the San Diego-based
Waters Fine Catering. Waters is renowned locally for using
only the freshest produce and fish, prime meats and free-range poultry, artisan cheese and breads,
and organic tree and vine-ripened fruits. They pride themselves on making everything from scratch
and all their food is prepared fresh daily.
Diners can choose from a wide selection of menu options that includes gourmet sandwiches and pizzas,
fresh soups and salads, specialty pastas, and mouth-watering desserts. Healthy
eaterswhether low carb, low fat, or vegetarianwill find plenty of tantalizing options.
